Top nosh at Hardwick this weekend

FOOD lovers are invited to the 10th annual Derbyshire Food and Drink Fair at Hardwick Hall to celebrate the region’s wide range of produce.

Derbyshire County Council organises the event for producers and traders to promote their wares and this year’s event at the stately home, at Doe Lea, near Chesterfield, boasts over 100 stalls, cookery demonstrations by celebrity TV chefs and a marquee with arts and crafts.

It runs from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm, on Sunday. Entry is £4, £2 with concessions and children aged under 16 accompanied by an adult get free entry.
