Peak District Website gets thumbs up

TOURIST chiefs in the Peak District have been congratulated by their national colleagues after they built a new website that aims to “bring the National Park to life”.

Lady Penelope Cobham, chairman of VisitEngland said Visit Peak District and Derbyshire’s project would make it easier to market the area to visitors, particularly those from abroad.

The website is very good but then so it should be. Their budgets even in these recessionary times are way above those of private companies and individuals. Quite frankly I get sick and tired of all the back slapping that goes on in this “Peak District Club”.

Long Live the Revolution!
