Chatsworth House Beyond Limits Exhibition

The prestigious art auction house, Sotheby’s, has assembled another ambitious selling exhibition of monumental art at Chatsworth House. The event, titled Beyond Limits, is an annual show staged at the ancestral home of the Duke of Devonshire. The landscape provides a unique location to display large pieces of artwork.

There is quite an eclectic mix of works in the show: some tasteful; others more eccentric. Over 25 artists including René Magritte, Nadim Karam, Takashi Murakami, William Turnbull, Marc Quinn, Ju Ming, Jaume Plensa and Barry Flanagan are represented, many of whom will be exhibiting in the UK for the first time.

Doors are open from 11am to 6pm and there is no extra charge above the normal garden admission. The show runs until 30th October.
