Great idea for Halloween

FREE POSTERS discouraging unwanted trick or treaters from calling on residents are available from Derbyshire Police.

The posters are part of a plan to target the annual trend of increased calls to officers about anti-social behaviour around Halloween and bonfire night and can be put up in front room windows or doors by people who don’t want to be visited.

Officers are also giving a different poster to shopkeepers that tells customers that eggs and flour will not be sold to anyone under the age of 16.

For more information or a Halloween poster contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on the new Derbyshire Police non-emergency number of 101 or visit www.derbyshire.police.uk.
